    My daughter plays on an elite club soccer team and I was looking for information on how her diet could give her an edge in performance... especially on game days. This book nails it. It's a good balance of explaining the science behind the recommendations without feeling too much like you're back in school. We're looking forward to implementing these ideas for the upcoming season.... and I'm even going to make changes to my own routine as an amateur player in the moms league LOL
